Cancellation and Refund Policy

Consultations

• Consultations cancelled with 24+ hours notice receive full refund
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit fees
• No-shows forfeit the full consultation fee

Custom Orders

• Custom orders cancelled before work begins receive full refund of deposits
• Orders cancelled after work has begun may forfeit all or part of the deposit
• Completed custom garments are generally non-refundable
• We will work with clients to address any legitimate quality concerns
